Copyright (DMCA) Policy

We respect copyrights and expect the same of everyone in our community. If you believe something on annmcdonald.live or in our programs infringes your copyright, email ann@annmcdonald.com with "DMCA Notice" in the subject (a plain-text email is fastest) and include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is enough), as the copyright owner or someone authorized to act for them.
2. The copyrighted work you believe was infringed (a link or a clear description).
3. Where the material appears on our site, with enough detail for us to find it.
4. Your address, phone number and email.
5. A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you're authorized to act for the copyright owner.

We may share a copy of your notice with the person who posted the material. If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may send a counter notice to the same address.
